Bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose of plant origin, calcium carbonate), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt (vitamin B9).

How to use

For adults, 1 tablet a day.
