Potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, capsule shell (stabilizer – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

How to use

Adults 4 capsules daily.
